In line with its general policy , SolVin has chosen the EFQM’s Excellence Model as frame of reference to support its will of continuous improvement of its processes and results in all its fields of operation.
The four SolVin’s Strategic axes and its performance Scorecard are closely aligned on the four results criteria of the EFQM Model.
A self-assessment is being carried out every two years to measure the progress accomplished and to fix new goals for improvement.

SolVin’s Management also supports the Certification of its activities in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000  , which constitutes an excellent tool for helping to implement these goals in the fields concerned.

Regarding the Research & Technology and the Production activities, SolVin’s Top Management has delegated the responsibility for contributing to the achievement of the general goals to the Managers of the Research & Technology and of the production sites and plants, as part of the Quality Policy of the entity and of the local approach of ISO 9001:2000 Certification.
