| Rigid PVC is ideal for the manufacture of pipes, including sewerage and drainage pipes, due to its excellent mechanical properties, good chemical resistance, durability (MRS), low creep and the ease with which it can be welded. Pipes are made by the extrusion and co-extrusion of compact and foamed pipes. They are used for fluid transportation under or without pressure, and as sewerage and corrugated drainage pipes. |
