The audacious bet made by the European PVC industry to harvest and recycle 200.000 tons of post-consumption wastes for 2010 is on the right track to be held. Everywhere in the EU, the program Vinyl 2010 ® does not stop making new followers and growing rich of new initiatives of collection and recycling.
It's thus urgent for converters, which undertook to support 30 % of the costs of the Vinyl 2010 ® project, to imagine a new foundation to their financing system.
Vinyl Foundation: let us give the means to hold our commitments !
Here is why, December 5th of last year, all the European converters, partners of Vinyl 2010 ®, established the Vinyl Foundation. It is about an independent additional organization created specially to harvest donations of contribution to the financing of the plans of collection and harvest already set up, but also - and especially! - of their reproduction everywhere in Europe.
