The manufacture of the SolVin Bretzel required several stages:
1. Manufacture of the canvas coated with PVC of a special quality for this type of application.
2. This canvas was cut into the desired shapes
3. Inflation valves and safety valves were inserted
4. Air-tight seams were made to shape the elements
5. Systems for assembling the elements were added together with the rivets necessary for tensioning the lower net (see Working the craft)
Nine inflatable elements had to be made. As they have a natural capacity for deformation, being arcs of a circle, and they are joined together in an almost invisible and ingenious assembly system, the shape of the SolVin Bretzel provides continuity over the whole surface it creates: No less than 400 m²!
